Charles Ford grew up in the Edenwald section of The Bronx in New York City. He studied Technical Electronics at New York City Technical College after graduating from Samuel Gompers High School.

A study of the structure or internal workings of something.

Wow! Easy to believe, but hard to stomach. The Anatomy of a Corporate Lynching is a detailed account of Con Edison's flagrant disrespect, disregard, and mistreatment of its employee, Mr. Ford. I shudder to think of how many employees, have been treated, unfairly, like this, only to go on, living their lives devalued, disgruntled, and shut down....

The Truth shall set you free

The book explains the experience from start to finish.....The details were excellent and crucial to understand the situation in its entirety. Good read, job well done to Charles Ford.

Great book

I read it in one hour. It was a page-turner. I couldn’t put it down. Loved it

Insightful

Being from NYC and a Black Man, this book hit close to me. The book's descriptions brought back my own personal experiences and can really relate.

Essential if you’re fighting a toxic corporate culture

Who would’ve known! Very sad. A fascinating story about the abuse of the people who make it all work...and, what to do about it. Thank you, Mr. Ford.

Must Read!!!

This is a very good book. Can’t put it down

I have personally experienced and witnessed the exact same nonsense. Mr. Ford sums it up perfectly. On the job, trust NO ONE
